Problem:
Most of us don't like to deal with conflict, but it is the raw material out of which improvement comes. We have at our disposal four major strategies for dealing with conflict, only one of which avoids the feeling of loss and the desire to get even.

Solution:
This 1-day course explores each of the four conflict resolution strategies and provides opportunities to experience the impact of each of them. The process of Collaborative Conflict Resolution is then explored in depth and course participants are given the opportunity to role-play the process with feedback. An emphasis is placed on "real work-world" conflict situations so that the skills learned can be more readily transferred back to the workplace.
