INTERVENTION TRAINING

A large-scale study in 2010 found that employees intervene in fewer than 2 of every 5 unsafe acts that they observe in the workplace; and when employees do intervene, they sustainably change the unsafe behavior less than half of the time.
Observed unsafe behaviors go unchecked and unchanged for one primary reason - employees do not know how to intervene effectively.
The RAD Group’s SafetyCompass TM training resolves this problem.
